personalized instruction. And instruction is key when picking up something new.

conditioning.

and can't face another step class, you might consider putting some chops, kicks,
and flips into your exercise routine. How? Try a martial arts class. Besides
being fun, the benefits of martial arts are tremendous; they include increased
self-confidence, energy, strength, stamina and mental capacity. Many forms are
no slouch in the calorie and fat-burning department, incinerating as many as 600
calories per one-hour class. Martial artists also report reduced stress levels,
fewer physical injuries and illness and a strengthened immune system.
We are a Martial Arts school that teaches Traditional Tang Soo Do and Hapkido. We are traditional Martial Artists and we strive to teach Self-Defense and Self-Confidence to our students from 3 to 100. We strive to develop our students Physically, Spiritually and Mentally. We train the mind as well as the body, while guiding and encouraging our students to choose the best path in life. Adults training in these Martial Arts will learn to balance themselves and it's always good to get out some agression in a Family Friendly environment. |
